- Go to the My Documents folder to GTA 5 save files folder (My Documents Rockstar Games GTAV ).
- Delete the files and launcher.log and settings.xml.
- Next, click the Profiles folder, delete files cfg.dat, pc_settings.bin and control folder. Do not worry your saves will not be affected, you only have to move to game settings and change them as by deleting files in the previous step, we dropped them on the standard.
